I am Brazilian, living in Hamburg since 2016, and went through a transformation that completely changed my life: I lost 45 kg by focusing on metabolic health and lifestyle change.
During this process, I also used the weight-loss injection — and it was precisely while living this experience that I decided to qualify professionally. I completed the Ausbildung as Fitnesstrainer and Ernährungsberater here in Germany.
Today I help others who are on the same path I once walked — whether using a weight-loss injection or not — to achieve their goals with strategy, science and real week-by-week coaching.
My method is based on metabolic strategy, a personalised meal plan adapted to life in Germany, and continuous professional support. There is no magic formula — only process, commitment and structure.
